New Cool Toys Online strives to ship all orders within 24 to 48 hours. We use UPS, Federal Express and US Mail for our shipments.
SHIPPING TIME
We pride ourselves on our fast shipping times. Processing time (processing and packing your order) is 1 to 3 business days from receipt of order (occasionally processing may take up to 5 days during busy seasons but 99% of our orders are shipped within 2 days).
To provide you with our extensive collection of cool outdoor toys, we do use outside vendors for some of our items. Shipping may vary with these vendors, so please see the items details for any additional processing information. You may receive your order in several packages. This does not effect your shipping charge.
2ND DAY AIR SHIPPING CHARGES
Yes, we do provide 2nd day air shipping for most of our items. Our larger items such as the motorized cars, swimming pools, etc cannot be shipped 2nd day air. It is very important to note that when you select 2nd day air as your shipping option that is the SHIPPING TIME OF THE ORDER and does not include the normal processing time. All orders have a 1 to 3 day processing time, occasionally 5 days during heavy shipping seasons.You will be charged the EXACT amount we pay to ship your order via this method. Charges will vary depending on the weight of your order. You will receive a 2nd charge to your credit card for the additional amount due for the shipping charge. We do not make a profit on shipping charges and you are only charged the exact amount that we pay. Note for orders outside of the continental USA, your charges could be very high if you select 2nd day air as your shipping method so we strongly recommend you do not select this option.

We are not able to ship to PO Boxes. Sorry.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes, we ship internationally from our Florida warehouse. We only accept Paypal for int'l orders. Please email us with your order and we will send you a Paypal invoice including the shipping charges. Estimate $100 plus for shipment of a battery operated or ride on toy.
