rders leave our warehouse within 2 - 3 business days. Engraved and personalized orders leave our warehouse within 7 - 10 days. Shipping is UPS Ground or USPS First Class and Priority Mail services unless 2nd day air shipping is selected. Please allow 7 - 10 days for UPS Ground and USPS First Class Mail delivery.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Yes, we ship internationally! International Shipping is USPS Global Priority Mail and we only charge you what we pay to ship the order. Please note that the shipping charge on your order when you check out is an ESTIMATE ONLY. If the shipping charge is less than the estimate, we will credit your credit card. If the charge is more than the estimate, we will charge your credit card a second time - only for the difference of the estimate and the actual shipping charge. International Orders leave our warehouse in 3 days. Transit time is 7 - 14 days but may be longer due to customs. We are not responsible for duties or fees that may be assessed at time of import.

Our suppliers, distribution centers or drop shippers may use UPS, Fed-Ex, DHL or the U.S. Postal Service even though Ground is selected for delivery.

Most orders leave our warehouse within 5-7 business days (not including weekends) from date of order. Please estimate about 7-10 days for delivery time from the date the order is released to UPS.

RETURNS

We provide a 100% satisfaction guaranteed for orders returned within 15 days. You may return new, unopened items within 15 days of delivery for an exchange or full refund, less shipping costs. Please return items in their original packaging.

All Returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization number (see below) posted clearly on the outside of the return package or box. NO EXCEPTIONS! Packages received without an RA will be refused.

For your protection, we recommend our customers use a shipping company that provides tracking information such as USPS Delivery Confirmation, UPS or Federal Express. Please note that it takes us 3 to 5 business days to process returns once they arrive at our Customer Service Department.

Personalized and engraved items may not be returned.

WHO PAYS FOR RETURN SHIPPING COSTS?

In instances where a return or exchange is needed because of an error made by us, we happily pay the return shipping costs. We do not feel customers should have to pay for mistakes that aren't theirs. When the return is not a result of an error on our part, the customer must pay all costs involved in returning the merchandise to us.
